We\'re the largest UK hard services provider and the market leader at delivering Integrated (IFM) services to a wide range of public and private sector clients. Our strategy is quite simple; employing good people, investing in technology, delivering our promises and working hard to drive change. I personally take great enjoyment from building and shaping teams to maximise their potential. Really passionate about my work in Mitie and proud of the people that work there. I\'m often delighted by what my team achieve but never surprised.
