Through 20 years, Andy has been directly involved in acquisitions, dispositions, and financing of industrial projects with a total asset-value of over $1 Billion. Industrial developments led by Andy have totaled over 10 Million square feet, including Airport Commerce Park, Davis Springs Corporate Center, and most recently Freeport Technology Center and Hays Logistics Center. Andy began his career with Colliers, Turly, Martin & Tucker in Kansas City working as an industrial broker directly under the firm’s managing partner.
