Financial services professional specialised in leading global initiatives (~ 60 countries) across risk management, strategy and wealth management business. Some highlights includes the global transformation and digitisation of the Compliance function (including Financial Crime Compliance), growing the Discretionary business globally and building out a forward looking process and technology for Managing Regulatory Change across risk types with specialist vendors. Currently based in London, I am responsible for driving the vision, technology and partnership required to bring risk management processes into the digital age for the Group. Some of the key global processes under my leadership includes Managing Regulatory Change, Non-Financial Regulatory Reporting Oversight, Data Conduct Risk Management, Conduct and Conflicts management, Target Operating Model optimisation, Learning and Individual Licensing. Beyond the day job, I am focused also on coaching and mentoring for talents, graduate programme individuals, partnerships with charities and most recently, driving the diversity and inclusion agenda.
