   At Partner4Work (P4W), I oversee multiple workforce development programs for adult job seekers, including programs funded by the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA), Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), and other public and private funds. The goal of my work is to contribute to a thriving workforce development system in the Pittsburgh area, which I do by providing project and program management, strategic planning, and expertise in public administration.PARTNER4WORKAs the Workforce Development Board for Pittsburgh and Allegheny County, P4W is the workforce organization that connects funding, expertise and opportunities for employers, job seekers, agencies, and policy makers to develop a thriving workforce in the Pittsburgh area.
