I am a highly motivated individual. With a can do attitude. I have solid professional track record in both Operational Management and Project Management. I regard myself as a people person and enjoy building relationships with both colleges and customers alike. I possess well developed man management skills. With the ability to motivate and lead. I have a proven track record of being able to manage confrontation and contentious issues, if required. I have a keen eye for detail. With highly developed problem solving skills. As well as excellent prioritisation and time management in order to meet stringent deadlines. With many years experience of both small, low volume machining cells, as well as, large high volume fast-paced, multi-line facilities. Combined with my Logistics Management experience. I have developed a proven track record of achieving sustained improvements in quality, cost and delivery. With the demonstrated ability to: • Effectively lead, coach, manage, motivate and develop teams to accomplish operational objectives • Implement working methodologies and processes to and ISO14001 standards • Manage key relationships, internally and externally • Identify, diagnose and resolve operational, manufacturing and maintenance problems within deadlines. • Plan work flow, using MRP systems, manage multiple priorities to meet production targets while consistently reducing downtime. • Develop new procedures and processes to improve production efficiency • Set up health and safety audit procedures and improve safety efficiencies, utilising my IOSH accreditation • Competently utilise Lean manufacturing and related process improvement techniques to ensure the most cost-effective manufacturing processes • Implement, manage and drive 5s and continuous Improvement Programs • Establish KPI reporting systems • Implement and manage machining and equipment TPM’s • Efficiently set and control operational budgets
