I have over 35 years of commercial real estate experience that spans the Houston, New Orleans, Dallas and Austin markets. I have experience in asset management, lease negotiations, business development and development of marketing strategies for various asset classes. I have been fortunate to have been involved in some of Austin\'s most high profile and complex lease transactions. I have worked as an in-house leasing representative for major institutions such as Equity Office (13 yrs), Thomas Properties (7 years) and Parkway Properties (2-years). I have also provided leasing expertise to global equity partners such as Met Life, Goldman Sachs, Divco West, PSP, and CalStrs among others. I have excellent communication and leadership skills and enjoy the strategy and complex nature of the real estate business.
