When joining the company i started as an operator and soon progressed to become a service engineer of which i was for 10 years. I progressed to my current role as Operations Manager where i am responsible for the day to day running of 31 Operators, operating over 1500 + machines per week in and around the East Anglia & Lincolnshire areas. I deal with the maintenance and recording of all company vehicles. New employee Health & safety inductions and the ongoing staff H&S training. The renewal and overseeing of all Customer operating agreements & service contracts. Contacting and Dealing with customers queries, concerns and issues that may arise. Regular customer review meetings, Responsible for the analyzing and reporting of the Vendman software system. Work along side our Sales team to help win new contracts.Also able to meet and win new contracts to help build our machine base.
