Senior sales role with operational responsibilities; Managing an extensive inventory of of old and rare casks of rum and selling them to a global client base through consultative selling. Key day to day responsibilities include international client management, warehouse & inventory management (monitoring cask maturation, ensuring casks are stored in the most efficient location), reporting to key stakeholders, manging budgets and forecasts.This wide ranging role has seen me make significant improvements to the business. This has included a full review of the full sales process and introduction of new procedures to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction as well as the creation of operational KPI\'s.It has also involved full project management of the biggest diversification in the business\' operation, securing and opening it\'s own warehouse facility; Identifying and securing the building, securing HMRC approval (including writing a full business plan), designing the warehouse layout, overseeing all building works, writing SOP\'s and day to to processes and staff recruitment.
