Our department focus is on designing, developing and implementing all aspects of FCI’s development and training programs, including those for senior and emerging leaders. We focus on building FCI’s human capital by instilling and reinforcing a strong employee development culture; and act as a consultant and coach to drive strategic initiatives forward. The department is deeply involved with succession planning, coaching, leadership and sales training.
