ABOUT ANDY RUSCOE-ICKE

I want to share my experience and mentor the next generation as I was mentored to a full and enjoyable career.Over 30 years’ experience in the dairy industry from small traditional hands on farm dairy to state of the art highly automated dairies. These included two start up dairies the first Muller dairy in the UK and Nom AG dairy.In 2016 I was offered the opportunity to join Ecolab where I could share my knowledge and experience to a wider audience. Not only dairies but to the whole food industry with transferrable skills in technology, projects, innovation, food safety and hygiene.This role within Ecolab allows me to achieve these objectives and support our customers while emulating the mentors I had in my career.
