About Andy Rojo
As a passionate and experienced baseball professional, I have been involved in various aspects of the sport, from coaching and recruiting to business development and strategic planning. I have over 25 years of work experience in the baseball industry, working with different national organizations and levels of players. Currently, I conduct Business Development and Strategic Planning at Perfect Game USA, the world\'s largest baseball scouting service, where I help grow and improve the company\'s operations and partnerships. I am also the Head Baseball Coach at St. John Bosco High School, competing in the top high school baseball league (Trinity League) in the country, where I lead and mentor our student-athletes and coaching staff. Previously, I was the Regional Director for 12 states of USA Baseball’s National Team Identification Series program, where I evaluated and identified the top amateur players for national team programming (Team USA). I have multiple coaching and leadership credentials (Division 1 recruiting coordinator and coach), as well as expertise in baseball evaluation and development. I am fluent in English and Spanish and have spoken at national conventions (ABCA) and clinics. My mission is to use my skills and knowledge to promote and advance the game of baseball, and to inspire and empower the next generation of players and coaches.
