I support our clients through their commercial and business challenges and into the right technical solution. Having worked in CIO and Change Director roles across engineering, finance, communications, utilities and insurance, I understand the kinds of business requirements our clients are facing, the pressure and complexity of spinning multiple plates and how different organisations operate. An external perspective can be incredibly helpful when you can’t see the wood for the tress in business. As the first point of contact for potential clients looking for a solution from Headforwards, I can support you in understanding exactly where your problems and challenges lie, and explore ways in which technology could help make things easier or more efficient. What we’ve learned at Headforwards is that anyone can build you exactly what you want. But that doesn\'t mean you’re going to get what you need. I pride myself on being a problem solver, not a salesman.
