   Over 40 years of hands-on estimating and project development experience including Refining, Petrochemical, Gas Processes, Fossil and Nuclear Power Projects. I have extensive experience in both conceptual and detailed estimating. For the last 10 years I have served as Project Development Manager, with responsibilities for projects ranging up to $3 billion. My experience in estimating and project development includes expertise in all disciplines and phases of projects. The projects have included estimates for fabrication of structural steel, Pipe and the assembly of modules to be sent to project locations globally. I have prepared and reviewed proposals and estimates for clients such as Exxon-Mobil, Conoco-Phillips, Marathon Petroleum Company, Valero, Air Liquide and other companies though out the world. I have extensive experience in analyzing estimates or bids for accuracy, completeness and fairness for all types of projects.
