Responsible for Growth, Management, Procurement, Operations, Sales, and Client relationships.We have developed some interesting software applications for use by OEM\'s of which have open API\'s for integration into other applications Examples:Development of a SUMS application (Software update Management) of which the diagnostic platform interfaces to in order to provide software and coding updates to the service network.Some but not all of the capabilities of the application- Capability to define software bill of materials- Capability to define coding rulesets- Capability to define modified coding for retrofit items- API\'s to aftermarket diagnostic platform (Dynamic software & coding delivered per vehicle)Development of a proof of concept ticketing application that integrates with session data from the diagnostic platform giving valuable insights into vehicle history with the potential to automate ticket responses for invalid software and coding configurations, and also utilise data to look for DTC and repair trends therefore offering insights to technicians to previous repair/fixes.Development of a proof of concept diagnostic session viewer application to provide technical services with a historical view of a vehicles diagnostic data. Other activities:Ongoing consultancy for INEOS Automotive Aftersales- Scoping of diagnostic requirements for the Grenadier platform- Management of ODX data- OTX Authoring (Conversion of BMW ABL diagnostic sequences)- Project management of diagnostic solution supplier

I have worked in the field of manufacturing end of line test systems since 2003, and have worked for both OEM and supplier and this has enabled me to have a great understanding of the needs of both which has aided me with providing my services to OEM’s working on their behalf to take an agnostic approach to supplier selection and obtain the most suitable diagnostics platform for their needs always taking into account functionality, future requirements and budget.I am a highly motivated, commercially aware, multi skilled, individual and throughout my career I have been presented with several opportunities to scope, design, develop, and implement diagnostic platforms for software download, configuration, and test within manufacturing facilities, including static and dynamic testing, and sub assembly.My knowledge is not just that of the diagnostics platforms themselves but also the integration into many sub systems such as Rolling Roads, Wheel Alignment facilities and backend systems such as Team Centre and ERP solutions for build data, binary flash files, As Built data, and As Maintained data.Two projects in particular were for start-ups with greenfield sites and new vehicle platforms based upon donor architecture from partner OEM’s. These systems required initial requirements capture, test specification creation, process mapping, RFQ generation, procurement, liaison with engineering & manufacturing partners, project management, team management, budget management, and ultimately implementation. Both solutions were successfully implemented, and with INEOS Automotive in particular I was asked to provide the same service to aftersales, of which I did and also personally developed a web based software update management and configuration application of which now provides the delivery of in vehicle software and coding via API’s to the entire dealer network.
