To achieve this, Andy has brought together a high-performing team that produce compelling and successful bid submissions.A manager with in-depth experience across a broad spectrum of the waste management industry, comprising the front-end municipal services and back-end waste and recycling processing and treatment activities.Andy is a Chartered Resources and Waste Manager demonstrating professionalism and excellence in addition to keeping up to date with changes and developments to the industry. He is also a PRINCE2 Practitioner and APM PMQ qualified to drive a range of projects to completion.Multi-disciplinary experience covering waste collection, street cleansing, grounds maintenance, waste and recycling processing and treatment technologies, renewable energy including EV charging, carbon management, local authority procurement, waste policy & strategy, contract mobilisation, contract acquisitions, auditing and contract management support including budgeting and P&L analysis.
