Including creating new leads, meeting with potential customers, building upon an already well established customer base, managing customer relationships, attending all pre-start meetings, detailing all specification needs and sourcing suppliers to assist in delivery of these requirements, managing the commercial installation and aftercare managers, monitoring financial aspects of all contracts, reviewing profitability and efficiency within each contract, account management, regulation of site specific RAMS, overseeing internal HR matters, monitoring and reviewing of internal policies including but not limited to Health & Safety, Quality Assurance, Cyber Security, Equality & Diversity, Acceptable Behaviour etc.
