I\'ve been with MasterMover for over 20 years, and am proud to have been Partner and Managing Director for the majority of this time.Leading the company since 2007 I have seen the business through tremendous growth, innovation and achievement. I\'m not too shy to admit that I\'m ambitious and hard-working and believe very strongly in the importance of having a vision for success. When I took on my current role I had a vision to achieve a few things, one of those being a Queen\'s Award for Exporting. Not only did we achieve this in 2019, but we have since been awarded a 2023 King\'s Award for Innovation - proof that if you believe it then you\'ll achieve it. It\'s with this recognised expertise that MasterMover can provide a unique service and offering to our clients through innovative, engineered solutions, completely tailored to each customer and backed by global knowledge and expertise. While, yes, we provide safety solutions, automation solutions and plenty more, what we really do is improve efficiency, make business targets achievable and improve ROI.MasterMover is now a global business and while I\'ve led the business through this growth, implementing a more complex framework and establishing an expansive team, I\'m still very much involved in nurturing the business on a day to day basis.
