As part of the Sales team at Direct Packaging Solutions I am responsible for the internal and external sales for the company.We sell a wide range of Cardboard Cartons, cardboard, polyester, polypropylene and polythene products and Bespoke Packaging. We also sell Printed Tape and Pallet Wrap as well as packaging machinery and accessories.In my sales role I work directly with our customers and key account holders ensuring that they receive the correct orders and that all work is delivered on schedule. As well as taking the orders for our products, I also deal with all Bespoke Packaging enquiries. By offering my professional advice Direct Packaging Solutions can usually deliver a world class service at very competitive rates. As we have an extensive product list I also explain to the customer\'s about how each of our products can service their requirements. I also inform customers about our bespoke packaging and our stock holding services. I also ensure that each order is correct and delivered before the client’s deadline. I am personally responsible for the direct sales and marketing of our Cardboard Cartons, Printed Tape, Pallet Wrap, boxes, Polythene Products, packing machines and accessories. I am especially effective at helping our clients who require a very specific bespoke packaging service. Another essential part of my role is creating the business strategy for the company by improving customer relations as well as looking for new sales and business deals.One of the most enjoyable aspects of my sales role is ensuring that every one of our clients receive their orders on time. This ensures complete customer satisfaction relating to our service delivery. I also enjoy the feeling that I get when the team over deliver on our product delivery targets.
