About Andy Nguyen
Andy\'s practice includes advising on venture capital and emerging company matters, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters, with specialized expertise serving clients in the technology, life sciences and financial sectors. Before law school, Andy was recognized as one of 100 Canadian leaders under 25 by the Parliament of Canada for community work involving underprivileged youth throughout the GTA.
