Assume ownership of all deployed CRM systems and associated interfaces.* Develop an in-depth understanding of Bauer’s business objectives, strategies and procedures.* Develop an in-depth knowledge of commercial processes and sales and marketing systems which are linked to CRM.* Devise suitable SLAs in association with senior product stakeholders and ensure consistent on-going delivery against agreed standards.* In association with senior product stakeholders develop a long term technical strategy for CRM as well as deliver short term changes.* Be proactive in suggesting ways to improve the CRM system and resulting improvements to business process and adoption of best practise.* Take a hands-on approach to support and development tasks.* Manage the day to day activities of the CRM support team.* Liaise with other support teams, external agencies and user groups to prioritise future system development and break fix activities.* Carry out system requirements analysis and convert approved business requirements into product development specifications.* Write/test/deploy/document new code solutions and configurations as necessary.* Support and troubleshoot existing system and interface code.* Work closely with the commercial CRM team to agree requirements definition and communicate status of developments.* Liaise with senior management to provide expert advice and guidance in CRM capability and functionality; acting as technical lead as required.
