As a 30-year veteran of Canada\'s leading independent schools, I’ve seen technology promise transformation while compromising integrity. I founded CustomAILab.ca to solve that problem.We are an AI-first startup building on Google Vertex AI to provide students with a learning companion (\'Cal\') and educators with an automated auditing system (\'The Dean\'). Our \'Librarian\' RAG pipeline processes vast academic datasets with 100% data residency in Canada, ensuring the highest standards of student privacy and cognitive development.Andy has taught IB Global Politics, History, and English at Ashbury College since 1996.
