As Senior Director of Supply Chain Operations at RS Group, I lead a multidisciplinary team of 100+ across EMEA with accountability for Inventory Management, Supply Chain Services, and Supply Chain Data & Analytics. With oversight of over £1bn annual Inventory investment, my role is focused on delivering an efficient, resilient, and data-driven supply chain that meets the evolving needs of our customers and markets.I am responsible for defining and executing the strategic direction of our Supply Chain Operations function, embedding a high-performance culture, enhancing operational agility, and driving value through standardised processes, insight-led decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration.Key Accountabilities:• Shape and deliver inventory strategies that balance availability, cost, and working capital while mitigating risk and enabling growth.• Drive performance excellence through standardised processes, real-time analytics, and robust KPIs.• Oversee supply chain services that support operational efficiency and agility across Inventory, Supply Chain and transport operations.• Champion data and analytics, building reporting, automation, and insight capabilities that inform business-critical decisions.• Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Product, and Supply Chain stakeholders to align strategies and ensure responsiveness to local market needs.• Lead transformation and change initiatives, embedding innovation, scalability, and customer focus into supply chain execution.
