ABOUT ANDY MEZA
Currently on the Dotmatics HR Operations & Technology team helping to unify both HR process and technology platforms across our multiple brands. Most recently I was a Sr. People Systems Analyst at Coinbase focusing on scaling our People Operations processes with the aid of HR Tech. As a People Operations Analyst at Checkr and a People Data Analyst at Dropbox working specifically on HR Ops, HR Analytics and Employee Engagement. I started my HR career at Visa as a process analyst improving our programs ensuring our recruiters had all the tools they needed to do their jobs, then moved to the Global Mobility team at Uber supporting employees, recruiting teams and HRBP\'s to better understand the employment and compliance issues that arise when hiring and moving employees globally.After Uber I successfully completed the UC Berkeley Extensions Data Analytics Program and transitioned from HR Program and Operational work to HR Analytics and started my work at Dropbox.
