Over the past 25 years, I\'ve worked in a broad range of roles across the Financial Services industry (mature, growing and FinTech start-up firms) developing an outstanding reputation for both what I deliver and how I deliver it. I left university as a part-qualified actuary and embarked on a career at Barclays where I gained the risk management, project management and leadership skills that have become the bedrock of my career. Over two decades later, I now have extensive risk management knowledge, spanning all risk types, and deep subject matter expertise in Risk Management Frameworks, Enterprise Risk, Operational Risk & Operational Resilience. Sat alongside this, I have significant experience in team leadership, strategy management, transformational change, operational rigour, colleague engagement and in developing highly effective relationships with C-Suite Executives, Board Members, Internal and External Auditors, Regulators and government agencies.
