Managed the transition from an outsource partner to Nottingham Forest. This included buying of new stock range, and working closely with partners including Adidas. Setting up the warehousing, including sourcing racking systems, and implementing organisation structure. Implementation of a new till system. Recruitment of a new team to cover three departments, retail, warehousing and mail order operatives. Redesigning the layout within the store including permanent fixtures and fittings. Managing profit and loss, inclusive of realistic budget setting to personnel numbers and purchasing, always ensuring the health of the bottom line. Working closely with senior management to maximise potential revenue streams.
