I have twenty years of experience in the IT industry. I have been in various leadership positions from supervisor to manager over the last fifteen years. I have adapted my leadership style to be successful in today’s Matrix Leadership environment. I lead by example not by authority. I believe that having good working relationships with your direct team as well as business partners is a huge key to success. I am an active ambassador of change in my current organization. I am committed to and hold my team accountable for getting the job done right.I have supported various network configurations, PBX and ACD platforms as well as a continually evolving billing system. I am able I have led and participated in successful projects across the enterprise as well as regionally. I can effectively retrieve and analyze data to identify opportunities and created process improvement to correct the opportunities.I am active in the community volunteering my team to support the local Children\'s Hospital. As well as I volunteer to coach youth basketball and youth softball teams in the local recreational leagues.
