When I first started in Human Resources I was told that I should expect to always eat lunch alone, that HR is viewed negatively, but that\'s not what I want HR to be for employees. I truly enjoy being in HR. I love being able to problem solve daily, get others excited about the company & it\'s benefits and create an employee environment that\'s not only safe but encouraging and transparent. My goal is to change the way employees view HR; not as the policy police, but as the cheerleaders that help them achieve success.
