I am a hands-on serial entrepreneur with expertise in structural engineering, business development, construction, manufacturing, and the technology development. Through authenticity, customer focus, strategy, and determination I build strong foundations for business success. In 2005, I co-founded Composite Advantage with the mission to bring advanced materials solutions to public infrastructure across North America. Our team grew Composite Advantage into a multi-million-dollar infrastructure company that provided solutions across North America. In 2018 I sold Composite Advantage to Hill & Smith Holding PLC so it could continue its growth trajectory and I could continue my passion of entrepreneurship.In 2020 I founded Axcess Bridges and Axcess Infrastructure. Axcess Bridges brings high quality pedestrian bridge solutions to municipalities, parks, golf courses/public spaces, private owners/land developers, and design firms. Axcess Infrastructure delivers professional engineering and consulting services around the use composite materials in heavy civil infrastructure. As a leader and self-sufficient innovator, I am comfortable in any role from the executive boardroom to the construction site.
