Responsible for the delivery of IT Systems projects for the RSSBManaging the full delivery cycle (Project proposal though to delivery and transition to operations including procurement) of the Internal and External IT Systems programmes. The RSSB provides a set of IT system for the GB Rail Industry for safety and assurance, I am responsible for ensuring the delivery, upgrade and enhancement of these system. I am also responsible for the delivery of the organisations internal systems such as CRM, HCM, LMS, etc. as well as related policies, procedures and processors e.g. GDPR. In addition I am and have been acting as the System supplier contract manager for the last two years.
