I am a generalist, experienced in Order-to-Cash (O2C), Distribute-to-Deliver (D2D), and Procure-to-Pay (P2P). My specialization is Integrated Business Planning (IBP), and my colleagues consider me a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Material Planning, Material Requirements Planning (MRP), and Production Planning /Detailed Scheduling (PPDS). Since obtaining my MBA in 2016, I have enjoyed teaching as an Adjunct Professor for Towson University, Loyola University, MD, and University of Baltimore. In the past five years, I have executed 5 successful SAP S/4 HANA go-lives. I have held roles in P2P, IBP, PMO, and Deployment. I have increased my scope of control within each release as a Trainer, Global Process Manager (GPM), Test Captain, and SAP Test Lead.My leadership style works best with a small team of highly-skilled followers. I thrive in turn-around or greenfield environments. My broad range of experiences allows me to connect in a meaningful way across all levels of the organization.
