I am able to inspire and lead multi-agency partnerships and teams to develop and implement clear strategic visions and successfully deliver large scale programmes. I believe in creating dedicated, high performing and outward looking service delivery teams, and nurturing a culture of embracing new ideas to drive continuous improvement. My practical experience is supported through my MSc in Urban Regeneration from Sheffield Hallam University, and a passionate belief in the role of combined authorities and local government to be a force for positive change in our communities.
