As a Vice President, I directly lead and guide a staff of over 200 while working alongside Sales and Recruitment departments, assisting with organisational strategies and objectives. My responsibilities include performing appraisals and evaluations, recruiting valuable new talent and improving internal/external communication through strategic thinking, troubleshooting and aggressive marketing initiatives. I also generate key performance reports with direct correlation to the marketing, communication and asset departments, coordinating marketing efforts and devising performance-based planning strategies and procedures. In addition, I oversee and drive company profitability, price points, marketing procedures, asset/purchasing, supply chain, supplier/franchise management and outsourcing. Another focus of mine is establishing and motivating positive team relationships through effective mentoring and teambuilding strategies. Additionally, I provide leadership and direction while managing a large staff, consistently providing support and improving on both customer expansion and growth areas.Key Achievements:Achieving CAGR of 12% over the last 12 years, delivering >$1.2B gross profit over the last 12 years and $830M sales revenue in 2014 with a healthy net profit of approx. 5%.Recognised as the #2 executive in EMEA for the past 12 years.
