With this holistic approach, I led the global rollout and transition to a single Enterprise Resource Planning platform for Nike\'s Supply Chain worldwide- Team & Talent Development: I champion \'multiplier\' leadership, bringing out more in people than they thought possible by setting high expectations, inspiring and celebrating wins, instilling a growth mindset and providing straight talk and constructive coaching to develop team and talent with guts, grit and grace.
