ABOUT ANDY JONES

As CPO of Wunderman Thompson Commerce & Technology, I am responsible for cultivating a leading work environment, help to build high performing teams and shape our employees work experiences. I am lucky enough to work with our teams in the UK, Portugal, Poland, Hungary and South Africa to align on EX, resources, learning and development, wellness and employer branding. Additionally, I have led the integration of acquisitions into the business, notably our two recent acquisitions: mobile technology company NN4M and leading enterprise AI company Satalia. I have full responsibility for coordinating with our acquisitions to map out how their services can be integrated into the WT C&T offering and manage these collaborations to maximise the success of an acquisition. Previously, I have held the roles of COO and also served as the Director of CX for all of Wunderman Thompson Commerce, where I was responsible for the Experience Design, Consultancy and Innovation, Digital Intelligence and Front-End Development team. Prior to this, I lead the Customer Experience stream. These various roles have all lent themselves to my experience and success in delivering great customer experiences that reduce friction, inspire purchases and optimise eCommerce performance across platforms, marketplaces and retailer sites. I joined the organisation in 2001, taking the front-end lead for many eCommerce solutions for major brands and retailers including Morrisons Cellar, Audi, DFS, and Boots. I am an avid sports fan and Arsenal supporter - I love playing golf with my three sons but am yet to persuade my daughter to join us on the golf course!
