Responsible for coordinating the safe, timely installation, modification and dismantling all equipment.Carrying out planned maintenance on the tower cranes (services), fault finding, basic repairs, reviewing lift plans whilst dealing with various companies such as haulage, rental equipment and manpower companies. Responsible for signing on and off hire for cranes and plant, site permits, exclusion zones, lifting/rigging requirements and client supplied plant.Liaising with functional leads within the business, advising on work status and the delivery of construction activities.Coordinating and supervising site works.Implementing HSEQ policies & procedures and ensuring staff are following company requirements.Ensuring a diverse team of staff are treated equally with the same amount of respect, value and dignity both with their peers and externally during recruitment and selection processes.Adept at producing innovative and creative solutions to problems, ensuring quality assurance of all work scopes are maintained, and all work is performed in accordance with company policies and the health and safety at work act.Tackling complex multi-disciplinary tasks with minimal supervision independently or as part of a team.Ensuring set goals are achieved working as a team member and on own initiative.Supporting in all elements of health, safety, security and environmental aspects for the organisation.Maintaining knowledge and complying with all offshore regulations and practices through ISSOW and health and safety procedures.Responding promptly and effectively to changing circumstances, planning for contingencies, and managing priorities. Exercising excellent interpersonal and team management skills to generate optimum performances.Taking responsibility to ensure that the given tasks are completed in a safe manner.
