I am an engineer by trade. I have 11 years of experience in product Verification and Validation Engineering and Systems Engineering in the agriculture and construction machinery industries. I delivered numerous products to market that went on to commercial and customer success with major focus in computer vision / machine learning and Internet of Things connectivity. I am adept as an individual team member and as a supervisor at applying engineering principles and people leadership skills to achieve project objectives and key results.When I think about what drives me forward professionally, two motives immediately come to mind. One is knowing I am contributing in a substantial way to deliver products to customers that directly improve their financial bottom line and quality of life. Two is leading others to achieve their full potential-often by helping them see more in themselves than they may see or by giving autonomy to let people excel and grow themselves.
