As a Talent Programme Manager, I lead the design, delivery, and administration of a high-impact progression and development programme that welcomes over 500 colleagues annually—nurturing future leaders and driving long-term business success.With a strong background as a trainer and facilitator, I bring extensive experience in both in-person and virtual learning environments across corporate and educational settings.
