I have experience as a manager/director and directing technical teams.My work experience covers all phases of bringing insurance products to market, including enhancing pricing structures (by-peril rating algorithms), pure premium analysis supporting base rate adequacy, competitive market analysis, regulatory filings, rate level dislocation analysis, policy system rating requirements (Guidewire), and rate validation testing to ensure the accuracy of system implementations.After product launches I have directed teams on the monitoring of pricing and profitability through state rate level indication improvements, annual rate classification analysis/filing support, and market based testing. I have also served as an information steward to ensure the data resources would meet product, actuarial, and underwriting (UW) departmental needs for business decisions.As an active (and proud) alumnus in both athletics and academics at Otterbein University in Westerville, OH, I have taken a role as a Volunteer Assistant Coach of the NCAA Division Men\'s lacrosse team and I am the Casualty Actuarial Society (CAS) University Liaison and Advisory Board Member for the Actuarial and Mathematical Sciences departments.
