As a trainer/assessor/lecturer I deliver bespoke installation & product training courses focused on Grant UK’s multi award winning sustainable air to water heat pump system’s, solar thermal system’s, HVO ready boilers, underfloor heating systems & controls through a combination of practical and classroom based training. Additionally I demonstrate fault diagnosis techniques using designated training equipment & products. Coach technology and application fundamentals to ensure heating & plumbing engineers are confident and competent with Grant Engineering (UK) products.I also teach & assess professional engineers, HVAC engineers & plumbers several competent person scheme courses - OFTEC OFT - 101, 105E, 600A, Logic Accreditation LCL Courses with the Installation of Low Temperature Heating & Hot Water Systems (MIS3005-I) & Unvented Hot Water Systems (G3).I embrace innovation & Identify training and development needs by keeping up to date with training methods, tools and techniques which can be applied to achieve more effective learning and use this knowledge to propose innovative modes of delivery for customers.
