In my current role as Senior Director of Development with the PIKE Foundation, I manage a broad fundraising portfolio across Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina, consistently exceeding goals through proactive engagement, strategic stewardship, and thoughtful outreach. I travel extensively to meet donors where they are, build meaningful partnerships, and support mission-driven philanthropy that advances leadership, wellness, and lifelong engagement.Prior to this, I gained strong client service, sales, and compliance experience at U.S. Bank as an NMLS-registered Peak Time Client Relationship Consultant and Public Notary, where I delivered exceptional service, consistently ranked as the top credit card sales performer in my district for two consecutive years, and helped clients navigate financial solutions in a fast-paced environment.I’m known as a hardworking, outgoing, and high-energy “people hire” — someone who thrives in relationship-focused roles, adapts quickly, and brings a competitive mindset to meeting goals.    As Senior Director of Development for the PIKE Foundation, I partner with alumni, volunteers, and supporters across Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina to advance PIKE’s mission through strategic philanthropy, relationship-building, and long-term stewardship.My work focuses on cultivating and managing a broad President’s Council portfolio, welcoming new donors into annual giving, and engaging alumni through consistent, personal outreach including in-person visits, phone calls, emails, and handwritten notes. I travel extensively throughout the region to meet with PIKEs where they live and work, helping connect their passions to initiatives that support leadership development, health, safety and wellness, alumni engagement, and other Foundation priorities.In addition to frontline fundraising, I collaborate with senior leadership to draft and propose major gifts, mentor and manage Directors of Development, and contribute to the strategic work of a Foundation business unit. I’m passionate about helping individuals give back to the organization that helped shape them and building philanthropic partnerships that create lasting impact for PIKE and its future leaders.
