I joined Ian Williams as a Trainee Surveyor in 1984 and have developed my career, working alongside some brilliant people during my time in the business. I now have the honour of leading this organisation and helping nurture and develop the next generation of stars. At Ian Williams we believe in putting our people and our customers first and behaving towards others, in a way that we would like them to behave to us. This basic value underpins everything we and I do.In my spare time, I love quality time with my family and dogs (Golden Retrievers) and enjoy being active and watching most sports.
