ABOUT ANDY HARLAN
I genuinely care about others and want to help both my organization and the people in my organization succeed. The majority of my professional experience has been in project management both in and out of the military. The teams and projects that I manage have grown more complex as I have progressed through my career. The experiences I gained from my farm background gave me the determination and discipline to earn an engineering degree and also the common sense to understand how I can use my engineering background in real world applications. I was specifically recognized for my role as an officer in charge while leading my team of troops on deployment to complete a high profile construction project. My team took on this project when it was already behind schedule and completed it back on schedule with no necessary rework, no major injuries and within our budget constraints. I enjoy solving problems and bringing together the right people to get the job done. I lean on my faith to help me get through challenging times and strive to make a positive impact in everything that I do.
