Like most of us, I joined industry at a tender age and quickly went native.As a Bristol based rec2rec, I only deal with clients I trust and are great to work with and I believe that the best matches come from understanding people, not marketing spiel. Great recruiters don’t always have the best understanding of recruitment market, they’re too busy doing a great job. They also don’t have time to waste on fact finding interviews from job board ads.
