A highly motivated and highly qualified professional Mechanical Engineer and Business Improvement Leader with over 26 years’ experience within fortune 150 and market leading companies. Having led valve train system development for Ford of Europe, I have also held a number of Senior Director roles within Cummins Inc. Including a member of the Board and Director of Quality at Cummins Turbo Technologies, a $1.3Bn division of Cummins Inc. As Technical Director, I was responsible for all people, process and tool development for engineers for Cummins globally. Most recently I have led a step change improvement in culture and engagement in Health and Safety at Portakabin creating a very positive impact on both leading and lagging indicators. I have a passion for people development and leadership and I am always striving to improve myself, my global team and the products and processes for which I am responsible.
