ABOUT ANDY HALL-PONSELÈ
Currently leading R&D at Green Bioactives. Prior to this I founded the life sciences company, Biotangents (2015), where I was part of the executive team for seven years and played a key role in determining the product development and commercialisation strategy for the business and in raising £6m+ of funding (mix of dilutive/non-dilutive), while building and managing operations for 23 FTEs in a 300 sqm R&D facility. I enjoy working with data and applying scientific principles to overcome technical and societal challenges, particularly when improving operational efficiency, building an organised, innovative and enthusiastic team, and contributing to determining and articulating a company’s growth strategy.
