Build dynamic relationships from Senior Administration to entry-level staff, creating ad hoc teams to solve Patient Experience challenges. Train new and existing patient care staff on best practices and new initiatives. Analyze Patient Experience data to identify trends and opportunities to improve the relationships with our patients and their family members. Shadow all members of the care team to provide feedback on ways we can better communicate with patients. Create unique reports to supplement HCAHPS data to help drive us toward our goals. Organizational membership with the Beryl Institute.• Support 600+ beds across 20+ units in the inpatient setting. Also support 20 radiology departments, 8 outpatient surgery centers, 6 laboratories and 2 emergency departments.• Launched initiatives that saw anywhere from 5 to 50 percentage point gains in benchmarking data.• Hosted over 250 onboarding sessions for newly-hired care team members, reaching over colleagues.• Created additional training for staff on topics such as service recovery and effectively communicating with families.
