I re-located back to Ireland during the Covid-19 pandemic and undertook a TA Specialist position with FinTrU, based from Derry. As a VP, I oversee Talent Acquisition for experienced lateral hiring across our Technology space as a primary focus and provide support on sourcing for all Hiring Managers in the Technology team, I also provide support across all areas of the business where necessary, including hands on and strategic input across various Recruitment and HR issues internationally. Some key roles that I hire for are- Software Engineers & Developers - Software Engineers in Test/QA Engineers - Scrum Masters - Product Managers & Product Owners - Product Design - DevOps Engineers - IT Infrastructure - Data Scientists & Data Engineers
