I have financed commercial real estate since 1985 working as a direct bank loan officer and as a mortgage banker/broker. Experience both inside as a lender and outside as a broker has proven valuable in interpreting between the borrowing and lending worlds to each other in the process of securing and closing loans. Clients consistently seek my detailed and comprehensive assistance in defining financing objectives, making sometimes complex decisions and in seeing solutions through closing. I relish finding solutions to complex situations and enjoy on-going consultation with clients about optimizing debt and investment returns on their real estate portfolio. Life insurance companies, banks, pension funds, agency debt, CMBS and non-regulated lenders are many of the sources I use and have experience with.
