Results increased in the national internal culture survey (People Pulse), increasing from 63 to 84 (Target was 68) within two years. Implemented open-door policy, monthly rounding/check-in with staff, held staff accountable on performance metrics were contributing factors- Enhanced downtime procedures within clinics by partnering with senior executives. Led multiple rounds of strategy refinement and performance analysis, resulting in 38% improvement in policy comprehension and application. Learnings were added to new safety policy- Designed and implemented a cost-saving initiative by repurposing underutilized equipment, resulting in in savings for the clinic- Utilizes data to adjust workflows to improve quality metrics and benchmarks- Promoter for staff development for direct reports by providing leadership opportunities for staff to grow- Rounds with staff on progress, holds difficult coaching conversations when necessary- Serves as key liaison for senior management, unions and other departments to ensure clinical success- Currently manages 20 direct reports, plus serves as an oversight of 9 medical doctors- Achieved Tier 4 status in state PCPCH survey by performing compliance audits of work performed in the clinic and for providing evidence of appropriate medical care met by state medical standards- Promotes consumer feedback, designed a project that led to an increase in consumer surveys. Recommended changes in patient-doctor scripting which led to an increase in surveys from 17 surveys a month to roughly 40 per month during a 3-month period.
