ABOUT ANDY GEISZ
I have overseen the development of proposals ranging from $16 million to over $100 million, and technical execution of tasking on a variety of Engineering and IT projects including mission critical software for US Navy applications, Oracle database development, and system administration. I provide direction for the training program for the organization and have lead the SEI-CMM and CMMI process improvement initiatives. I am responsible for the development and deployment of policies and procedures for software project management and software engineering. I have presented technical papers to audiences of 500 or more people at Naval Post Graduate School during various conferences and presented project plans, project status, and major system design reviews.
